Building a community of coaches, athletes and everyone interested in the game of golf is very important to all of us at Helix. This is why there is a Community section, where all members can link, talk and ask questions.
Also included are Monthly Community Calls where members can ask open-ended questions about their program, general principles or anything else they are interested in.
We think retention and motor learning is much greater when the player knows the how and the why!
At Helix Golf Platform, we make sure the swing drills, gym exercises and daily resets are all pulling in the same direction. Depending on your needs, physical structure and goals, these will improve your game.

"This program filled in the gaps"
I'm a golf nerd and have looked into all things golf swing. I have a background in training (I work with baseball players) and have done a decent job at understanding and developing the movements and qualities needed for a higher level golf swing. But along the way there have been some gaps in my understanding and ability to execute. This program has filled in the gaps and little issues I had in understanding my own personal sticking points/tendencies with my movement in the swing. I’m moving much more freely/consistently than I ever have and executing certain qualities in the golf swing has never been easier.
